ICSF hosts reception in honor of Pakistan envoy

The Indus Cultural & Social Forum, Riyadh organized a beautiful and memorable welcome reception to honor the Ambassador of Pakistan Raja Ali Ejaz and his wife on Friday.

It was a highly intellectual and interactive event where numerous high profile and distinguished personalities from Pakistani community residing in Riyadh attended the event.

Indus Cultural & Social Forum (ICSF) was founded in 2010. The main objective of ICSF is to promote the soft image of Pakistan and project the rich culture & traditions of Indus Valley Civilization, which is the oldest civilization in history of mankind.

Indus Forum’s founding member Ghulam Qadir Mallah presented the remarkable achievements of Indus Forum in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

Other than the cultural activities, as a joint venture with another organization SANA from North America, ICSF, has constituted the Sindh Skills Development Program (SSDP), under which ICSF has successfully accomplished several endeavors in terms of career counseling, health awareness, technology advancement and entrepreneurship in Pakistan.

The Pakistan Ambassador was highly impressed by the welcome and appreciated the efforts of Indus Forum. He said that ICSF is playing a very important role in enhancing the skills level of Pakistanis on a large scale as well as building the soft image of Pakistan all over the world.

Zeeshan Qazi, president of Indus Forum, in his speech extended his gratitude to the Ambassador and his wife for accepting their invitation whole-heartedly and honored the evening with their presence.

He also highlighted the efforts and useful actions done by Pakistan Embassy for the betterment and support of Pakistani community in Saudi Arabia. He also wished the new Ambassador would further boost the Pak-Saudi relations, which he hoped will become more stronger during his tenure and the Embassy will serve the Pakistani community more proficiently.

On this occasion, the Indus Forum’s President Qazi presented the Sindhi Traditional Ajrak & Cap to the Ambassador.

Indus Forum also presented the Shield of Honor to the Ambassador. At the end, a delicious dinner was served to the guests.
