King and Crown Prince congratulate Modi on election victory

JEDDAH – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman sent a cable of congratulations to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his party's victory in the latest national elections, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said Friday.

In his cable, the Monarch, on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, wished the prime minister success and the friendly people of India steady progress and prosperity.

Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, too sent a cable of congratulations to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his electoral victory.

The Crown Prince wished the prime minister good health as well as advancement and prosperity to the friendly people of India. — SPA
