Indian Overseas best senior researcher award to KAU teacher

JEDDAH —
Dr. Intakhab Alam Khan, associate professor at King Abdulaziz University, has been selected for best senior researcher award (Education) by GISR Foundation, India. The award will be formally conferred in a function on June, 8 at hotel Park Ascent in Noida, a township close to New Delhi.

During the last three years, Dr. Khan’s hard work and research has resulted in about 25 publications of research papers and three funded projects of books at his university.

Last year, Dr. Khan received excellent researcher award by GCEL (en educational organization) at an event held at MEIT, Meerut in Uttar Pradesh.

Dr. Khan obtained degrees of B.Ed, M.Ed, M.Phil and PhD (Education) from New Delhi-based premier university Jamia Millia Islamia. Later he served the same institution before getting an assignment to teach at KAU in Jeddah.

Dr. Khan is asst/associate/chief editor of more than 35 online international journals. Apart from his academic and research activities, Dr. Khan has been president of Jamia Millia Islamia Alumni Association (JMIAA), Jeddah & Western Region. Now he is an executive member and advisor of the Jamia alumni association.
