Italy, Jeddah Chamber of Commerce discuss ways of cooperation

JEDDAH —
Consul General of Italy Stefano Stuci, accompanied by Commercial Attache Dr Renato Catania, visited the office of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors Chairman Mohammed Yousuf Naghi, Deputy Chairman of the Board; Khalaf Hosan Al-Otaibi and Secretary General Hussain Ibrahim Dahlan.

During the meeting, they discussed means of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and the objectives for Jeddah under the Vision 2030.

A number of sectors were identified where the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Italian Consulate and Italian Embassy can cooperate, such as in the education, health, environment, entertainment and logistics sectors.

They stressed on the importance of focusing on these sectors, since one or two business delegations are expected to visit Jeddah before the end of this year.

Jeddah becomes one of the best destinations in the world today, and Italy is a key partner when it comes to the aforementioned sectors. They are looking forward to promote Saudi tourism in Italy.
