Houthis’ bid to target civilian facilities thwarted: Coalition

Riyadh —
Drones launched by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorists from Sanaa toward the Kingdom were intercepted and destroyed on Saturday evening, Coalition spokesman Col. Turki Al-Maliki said.

He denied claims by the Houthi militias that the attacks hit the intended targets. These drones were destroyed in mid-air by the Coalition defense system, Al-Maliki said.

He reiterated that Houthi militias’ constant futile attempts to target civilians and civilian facilities will be effectively countered by thwarting and neutralizing their capabilities in line with international humanitarian laws.
