KSrelief team efforts at Zaatari Refugee Camp lauded

AMMAN — King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) team were lauded by beneficiary families for their aid and services, and were reassured of the distribution process of dates at the Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported Thursday.

During the visit, the Riyadh-based team listened to the Syrian refugees benefiting from the distribution offered by KSrelief. The refugees also expressed satisfaction with the quality of the services provided.

The Syrian refugees also expressed their thanks and gratitude to Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, for the content of relief materials they received which, they said, has met their daily needs.

In a related development, a KSrelief team handed over a 60-ton shipment of dates to the World Food Program (WFP) for distribution to needy people in the Republic of Senegal on Thursday.

The Kingdom’s Ambassador Fahd Bin Ali Al-Dosari signed a memorandum to deliver the date shipment in the Senegalese capital of Dakar. — SPA
