DAMMAM – The first batch of Russian pilgrims was accorded a warm welcome as it arrive at Al-Batha Border border post between Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates recently.

The pilgrims were received by the head of Al-Batha Port, a number of its senior staff and representatives of the Ministry of Haj and Umrah.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Da'wah and Guidance branch in the Eastern Province has started implementing its plan to serve Bahraini pilgrims Bahrain coming via King Fahd Causeway, Saudi Press Agency said.

The branch will provide services to pilgrims coming from the Bahrain, and distribute publications on Haj and Umrah and guidance on performing the rituals. — SPA
