AXIOM Telecom emphasized Tuesday that it is an official Samsung distributor in Saudi Arabia and that it is cooperating with the Ministry of Commerce to clarify any misunderstanding related to this status.

“We can confirm that Axiom Telecom is a longstanding, official distributor of Samsung products and that we have a very strong relationship with the company. We have the necessary paperwork to prove this, and we are sharing the details with the Ministry of Commerce,” said Faisal Al Bannai, CEO, Axiom Telecom.

Axiom Telecom has a solid track record of supporting the Samsung brand in Saudi Arabia. It has previously won the Samsung Best Retail Display award and offers dedicated, branded device demonstration zones in its stores. Axiom Telecom is also the authorized service center operator for Samsung and a number of other top brands in Saudi Arabia.

“Samsung is one of the world’s top technological innovators, and our team is continually ensuring that they have the multifaceted skills needed to handle every product issue,” said Al Bannai. Axiom Telecom is by far the Middle East’s leading mobile retailer and distributor. The company currently boasts more than 2,499 employees, operates over 591 retail points and reaches 3,742 points of sale across the Middle East.

”Axiom Telecom is the largest after-care provider in the GCC region,” added Al Bannai. “Even though we aim for perfection, we recognize that issues can arise, and we are committed to look into any customer dissatisfaction and to resolve it in the best possible way. Axiom Telecom has always coordinated with the Ministry for any concerns raised, and we will continue to do so.” Axiom Telecom Saudi Arabia was the first service center to roll out real-time customer feedback systems at each service center to measure customer satisfaction details. Current customer satisfaction levels are 97 percent, one of the highest in the industry.

Axiom Telecom currently operates 12 service centers in Saudi Arabia. An additional 8 service centers are planned in the coming months.
