STC allows users to view missed calls to landline

SAUDI Telecom Co. (STC) is offering its Mawjood Hatif service that allows customers to view calls made to their landline.

JEDDAH – SAUDI Telecom Co. (STC) is offering its Mawjood Hatif service that allows customers to view calls made to their landline when there is no answer or the line is busy by receiving a text message on mobile phones showing the number and name of the calling party, time and date of call.



The customer can choose to receive this message to one or two mobile numbers knowing that installation of the service is free of charge against SR5 monthly subscription charge.



Customers can subscribe to the service by sending a text message to a special number or through STC website or visiting STC’s customer service offices. — SG
