JEDDAH — The Arab Tourism Organization (ATO) signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Arab Tourism Gate @ArabTourismGate, which aims to promote and market the most important tourist destinations in the Arab world.
On this occasion, Dr. Walid Al-Hinnawi, Assistant Secretary-General for Media and Events Affairs, said "this agreement is a step forward in achieving the objectives of the sustainable tourism development of the Arab Tourism Organization and Tourism and Travel in the Arab World."
He expressed his happiness in cooperation with the "Arab Tourism Gate" as the platform, which has 130,000 followers on Twitter, which will soon initiate an electronic magazine whose main objective is to revitalize Arab tourism and publish tourism news and recent developments in the tourism industry, and activate the language of digital statistics, analysis, data, designs, infographic and Motion Graphics films, which represent the language in the fastest and most convincing way and is influential in the world of tourism.
Younus Inayat, CEO of “Taf3ol”, expressed his gratitude and pride in this strategic partnership. The platform will also be the bridge of the knowledge that will facilitate and overcome the difficulties facing the Arab tourist's passion for tourism around the world.
He added: “We will strive in cooperation with all public and private sector institutions in the Arab countries to be the first choice platform for Arab and foreign tourists.”
This the partnership is considered as an actual translation in line with the Arab Tourism Organization's orientations towards digital transformation and social communication, starting from the role entrusted to it by the Arab Ministerial Council for Tourism at the Arab league and its cooperation with all Arab countries towards advancing the development process and digital transformation at all levels.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ambassador Saud Al-Jabri, Advisor to the President and the Secretary-General in charge, Khalid Reda, Assistant Secretary-General for Financial and Administrative Affairs, and Kamal Mustafa, Executive Vice President of Taf3ol. — SG
