RIYADH —
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has published over 13,000 final commercial judgments online, in order to raise awareness of investors and businesses in commercial judiciary.

The rulings are available under the “Research Center” page on the MoJ portal (www.moj.gov.sa).

Commercial courts in the Kingdom handle all cases that occur between merchants or that are filed against a merchant because of his or her business, in addition to all cases related to commercial legislation.

Commercial courts were officially launched in late 2017 in order to help businesses going through disputes refer to specialized courts to resolve those types of disputes.

Meanwhile, the Ministry has announced grade-8 vacancies in Riyadh to be filled through a competitive exam for men and women holding masters in HR management, accounting, computer science, and project management.

“Applications can be filed through the MoJ portal at www.moj.gov.sa till Oct. 17,” the ministry said. “An applicant needs to provide the graduation certificate received from a Saudi university or an equivalence certificate for foreign qualifications”. the MoJ added.

The ministry also noted that it would announce the results on its portal, and urged applicants to follow up on their applications.
