This selection was made during the regular meeting of the heads of international Multilateral Development Banks in Washington on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

It is worth mentioning that this platform, which meets three times a year, includes: World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), International Finance Corporation (IFC), African Development Bank (AfDB), Asian Development Bank (AsDB), European Investment Bank (EIB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) , The Inter-American Development Bank (IaDB), the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), the European Council for Development (CEB), the New Development Bank (NDB) and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB).
