RIYADH — Expertise Windows Training (EWTraining), a regional leader that provides tailored training and development solutions to organizations and individuals –announced a new range of courses in its portfolio. The new additions are an effort of the company to support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in achieving its vision 2030, by fueling the ongoing development of human capital in the country.

“Our mission at EWtraining is to consistently deliver on our pledge of excellence, by providing bespoke professional-development programs in the region.” Said Khalid Al Sagr, CEO, EWTraining. “The addition of new courses to our portfolio reiterates our commitment to the Saudi Vision 2030 by introducing new methods to enhance the efficiency of human capital to achieve comprehensiveness, quality, flexibility and serve all segments of the society to promote the Kingdom's international competitiveness. We look forward to further contributing to the success of our customers as they continue their journey to develop more robust, innovative and productive workforces.”

Saudi Arabia’s Human Capital Development Vision Realization Program aims to improve the outputs of the education and training system at all stages, from early education to continuous education and provide training to reach the international levels through education, rehabilitation and training programs that keep abreast of modern times. The requirements are in line with the needs of development and the local and global labor market, in partnership with all relevant parties locally and internationally.

The new courses added to EWTraining’s collection will also serve the country’s economic development and core industries. The course categories include Legal, Regulatory and Compliance, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Insurance, HR, Training, Quality & Productivity, Marketing, Sales and Softskills as well.

A Bayt Survey that investigated the skills gap crisis in the region, found that 70% organizations claim they faced difficulties to find senior-level candidates with the required skills. The growing skills gap has become a major concern for organizations across the Middle East and has led organizations such as EWTraining to expand its portfolio and help contribute to skilling, upskilling and reskilling the workforce. — SG
