QASSIM — Three persons died and 10 others injured, one of them seriously, when two cars collided head-on in Burdaidah, according to Mohammed Al-Jiaithin, spokesman of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.
He said the operations room received information from a citizen about the incident which took place at Al-Nabaqiyyah crossing to the east of Burdaidah.
The spokesman said seven ambulance units were dispatched to the accident site.
Al-Jiaithin said one of the injured persons was in a critical condition while four others sustained medium degree injuries.
He said all the injured were transported to Buraidah Central Hospital and the Al-Asyah General Hospital to have the necessary medication.
