DAMMAM — The security authorities in Saudi Arabia have arrested on Tuesday the most dangerous terrorist in Al-Qatif, named Muhammad Bin Hussein Ali Aal Ammar, who is ninth on the list of wanted persons announced by the Ministry of Interior in 2016.
The wanted militant Aal Ammar is considered to be one of the most dangerous terrorists in the list of wanted nine, as he was involved in kidnapping “Al-Jirani”, in thefts, in addition to his links with several incidents of firing at security men, targeting a security patrol in the Eastern Province while they were carrying out their security functions in Al-Khudhariyah District in Dammam.
In the records of the terrorist “Aal Ammar” are several incidents of armed robberies of armored vehicles transporting cash in Al-Qatif governorate.
It is believed that Aal Ammar was involved in assaulting a security man, who was an employee of the Eastern Province Police. The security man was fired at while he was carrying out his work in Al-Majeediyah town and he was martyred as a result, while his colleague was injured.
It is also suspected that he was involved in the heavy firing at three security men in Al-Bahhari town in Al-Qatif governorate. All the three security men survived the attack.
Aal-Ammar, Maytham Ali Muhammad Al-Qudaihi, and Ali Bilal Saud Al-Hamad, whose names have been announced in the list of nine terrorists, are considered to be among the most dangerous wanted militants involved in several terror cases.
These included kidnapping Sheikh Al-Jirani, stealing and armed robberies. They also targeted a security patrol in the Eastern Province in Al-Khudhariyah District in Dammam and other incidents in Al-Majeediyah town, which claimed the life of a security man while his colleague was injured.
Furthermore, Aal Ammar and Maytham targeted a security patrol assigned to protect Al-Qatif mosques. In addition, Aal Ammar was involved in throwing Molotov cocktails at a government building in Al-Qatif.
The wanted militant Jaafar Bin Hassan Makki Al-Mubaireek, a Saudi citizen, connived with the wanted persons, named in the list of nine, in several terror cases, including assaulting a security man and blowing up government installations.
Sources said that the wanted Bahraini militant Hassan Mahmood Ali Abdullah, whose name was announced among the Al-Qatif and Dammam cells, is the brother of the previously two wanted terrorists, one of whom was arrested while the second was killed.
