RIYADH —
Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has enabled electronic exchange and viewing of commercial case briefs through the court system website, eliminating the need to visit the commercial court for delivering or viewing memoranda.

“The service aims to streamline procedures, enhance efficiency, and support the ministry’s vision of digital transformation,” the MoJ said.

“The step will also increase the number of cases ready for consideration and determination.”

The ministry’s digitization efforts have helped raise Saudi Arabia’s ranking for enforcing contracts in the latest Doing Business report issued by the World Bank.
