RIYADH —
The Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has started publishing Supreme Court judgments on appeals against the commercial case rulings of appellate courts.

“The judgments are published on the MoJ portal at www.moj.gov.sa in order to raise awareness and promote transparency,” the ministry said. “The rulings are available under “Research Center” page on the portal, and can be downloaded,” the ministry said.

The ministry had earlier announced publishing of final commercial case rulings as a step toward raising awareness amongst investors and businesses. There are currently over 17,000 rulings available on the ministry’s online portal.
