MEA flights to transport Saudis from Lebanon

BEIRUT —
The Saudi Arabian embassy in Lebanon has made an arrangement with the Lebanese national carrier Middle East Airlines (MEA) for transporting Saudis who wish to leave the country amid coronavirus fears.

Under the travel arrangements, MEA will operate a flight at 8 a.m. on Saturday from Beirut to King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, and another flight at 8 a.m. on Sunday to Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport for Saudi citizens and their families who wish to return to the Kingdom, the embassy said in a circular, carried by the Saudi Press Agency.

Saudi Arabia has suspended travel to and from 14 countries, including Lebanon, that are affected by coronavirus outbreak.
