Saudi Post gets stamp of approval from global body

RIYADH — Saudi Post has won the Customer Care Award from the international postal Express Mail Service (EMS) of Universal Postal Union (UPU) for the second time in a row.

Saudi Post won this award after applying the international information system and meeting the highest standards and indexes of the award, including answering the inquiries of member states on time and closing inquiries and cases within 15 working days.

Director of Saudi Post Corporation Eng. Anef Abanmy expressed Saudi Post's pride to bag this award for the second time, confirming that the customer care is one of the pillars of Saudi Post’s transformation strategy.

Saudi Post is witnessing qualitative leaps in providing postal and logistic services to support the expansion of e-government and e-commerce services to be in line with the requirements of the Saudi Vision 2030 and with the institutions that aim at strategic shift as a national operator, providing qualitative postal and logistic services. — SPA
