RIYADH — Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden), has chosen Oracle’s Gen 2 Cloud Infrastructure for a strategic digital transformation aimed at achieving business efficiency and driving growth. The implementation will help Maaden create an agile, secure and modern IT infrastructure that is geared to utilize latest emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence.

Oracle’s Gen 2 Cloud provides a complete set of services for managing data and provides rich AI-based visual analytics. The implementation will span more than 9,000 users at Maaden, and with Gen 2 Cloud being supported by the Oracle Exadata Database Machine, which Maaden currently uses, the transition to a cloud ecosystem will be seamless.
