Haramain Train back on track in September

JEDDAH –
The Haramain train will be back on track in September, the administration of Haramain High-Speed Rail Project said in a statement on Sunday.

“Work is going on to meet the high demand and transport as many passengers as possible between Makkah and Madinah by raising the trips’ capacity, covering all destinations. The period from July to August will be utilized in increasing the capacity, in line with the best world standards,” the statement said.

It said exact dates for resuming operation and booking tickets will be announced in due course of time. However, the statement said, e-tickets could be bought through Haramain Express Train website in August.
