Border Guard: Three Iranian boats spotted entering Saudi waters

RIYADH — The official spokesperson for the Border Guard stated that maritime Border Guard patrols monitored at 18:30, on Thursday, 4/11/1441 AH, three Iranian boats after they entered the Saudi waters.

They were immediately followed and repeated warnings were issued to them to stop, but they refused to comply.

According to the procedures followed in these cases, the Border Guard fired warning shots, forcing the Iranian boats to retreat.

The spokesperson indicated that the Border Guard confirmed that it would not allow any violations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's waters. — SPA
