Emergency Center provides medical services in Hajjah governorate

HAJJAH — The Emergency Center for Epidemic Control has continued to provide medical services to beneficiaries in Hajjah Governorate, Yemen, with the support of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), in partnership with Taybah Development Foundation.

During the period from June 25 to July 1, 2020, the registration and screening department treated 353 patients, while the observation department saw 92 patients.

Thirty-eight patients were admitted by the admissions department. Meanwhile, the epidemiological unit received 353 patients. Health awareness department also saw 345 beneficiaries.

The KSRelief also distributed 600 food baskets weighing 44 tons and 400 kgs in many areas in Hajjah alongside Saada Governorates, benefiting 2,400 people.

The distribution comes within the framework of humanitarian projects being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Center, for the Yemeni people. — SPA
