RIYADH — The concerned authorities have recently approved the exclusion of military personnel, who are taking part in war or military operations, from an earlier ban on travel and imprisonment in connection with insolvency in line with Article 46 of Implementation Law, Okaz/Saudi Gazette has learned from informed sources.

The Shoura Council had approved in April a regulation to give an exemption for military personnel, who are taking part in war or military operations, from procedures of ending of their service, ban on travel and detention, which are mentioned in the Implementation Law.

Minister of Justice and President of the Supreme Judicial Council Dr. Walid Al-Samaani earlier canceled the decision to suspend e-government services for debtors and it was limited to preventing only financial dealings, according to the Implementation Law.
