King, Crown Prince condole Sheikh Nassir's death

RIYADH —
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, have sent separate cables of condolence to Kuwait Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the death of Sheikh Nassir Al-Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

"We have received the news of the death of Sheikh Nassir Al-Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and as we express to you and the family of the deceased deepest condolences and sincere consolation, we wish you permanent good health and safety," the separate cables said, Saudi Press Agency reported on Sunday.

Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman also sent a separate cable of condolence to Deputy Emir of Kuwait, Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Sheikh Nassir, 89, was laid to rest early Sunday, a KUNA report said.
