KSrelief continues to provide emergency aid to Beirut

BEIRUT/HODEIDAH — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continued Saturday to provide emergency food supplies to 447 families affected by the Beirut explosion. This comes within the framework of the Saudi emergency assistance provided to those affected by the Beirut Port explosion

In Yemen, KSrelief nutritional medical clinics continue providing treatment services, in Hodeidah governorate. The Emergency Nutritional Medical Clinics of KSrelief continued providing treatment services in Hodeidah governorate in partnership with Taibah Development Foundation.

The total number of the beneficiaries from Aug. 6 to 12, 2020, was more than 3,500 patients, with various medical conditions, in different clinics. The laboratory department also received 979 people and the health center provided 2,779 individuals with medications.

In Hajjah, the Emergency Center for Epidemic Control continued to provide medical services to the beneficiaries in Hajjah governorate with the support of KSrelief and in partnership with Taybah Development Foundation.

During the period from Aug. 6 to 12, 2020, the clinics and departments received 900 patients with various health conditions. The patients were checked and provided with necessary medications.

Meanwhile, Al-Jada Health Center continued providing treatment services to the beneficiaries in Hajjah governorate with the support of KSrelief and in partnership with Taybah Foundation for Development.

During July 2020, the clinics and departments of Al-Jada Health Center received more than 12,000 beneficiaries. The laboratory department also received 1,959 people and the health center provided 5,578 individuals with medications. — SPA
