Saudi Gazette report

MADINAH —
The police here have busted a six-member gang of Saudi nationals and recovered stolen drugs from them.

The suspects, all in their 30s, were arrested after their role was established in robbing medicines from three clinics in the city, police claimed.

Lt. Col. Hussein Al-Qahtani, spokesman for the Medina Police, said the gang members are suspected of stealing an unspecified quantity of medical drugs from three clinics in Madinah neighborhoods.

The gang members, he said, had disposed of some of the drugs before their arrest.

All the suspects have been referred to the Public Prosecution pending further investigation and trial, Col. Al-Qahtani said.
