MAKKAH — Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah Medical City in Makkah has provided its services to more than 76,000 beneficiaries through its virtual clinics, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
King Abdullah Medical City launched this service as part of its precautionary measures to limit the spread of coronavirus. The clinics allow direct contact between doctors and patients through video-conferencing during which a doctor checks the patient's health and answers patients’ inquiries via more than 626 clinics operating weekly.
It is noteworthy that this service is dedicated to all consulting clinics, including cardiac health, ophthalmology, oncology, hematology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), neurologic and spine surgery.
