King Salman discusses G20 work and bilateral ties with British PM Johnson

NEOM — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman made a phone call on Tuesday to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

During the call, they reviewed the work of the G20 under the presidency of Saudi Arabia and the efforts made by the group to mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his hope that the G20 countries would continue to make their efforts to confront the challenges of the pandemic in the service of people and the global economy.

For his part, British premier Saudi Arabia's leadership of the group's meetings and managing the collective action of the G20 countries to confront the repercussions of the pandemic. He also wished the Kingdom success in its endeavors.

PM Johnson also referred to the historic friendly and close bilateral relations, expressing his aspiration to further strengthen and develop them.
