JEDDAH —
With 643 new COVID-19 infections recorded on Saturday, the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Saudi Arabia again showed a declining trend, according to the health ministry. The Kingdom reported 687 cases on Friday, the lowest in months.

The ministry also said that 27 more patients died in the past 24 hours from complications caused by COVID-19 while 903 others made full recovery from the deadly disease.

This brings the total number of confirmed infections in the Kingdom to 325,050, recoveries to 301,836 and virus-related fatalities to 4,240 so far.
