JEDDAH – Fatima Alyusuf, mother of Dr. Ahmad Alyusuf, professor of media at King Abdulaziz University and former editor-in-chief of Saudi Gazette, passed away on Monday.

Funeral prayer for her will be offered at the Grand Mosque in Makkah after Dhuhr prayer on Tuesday and the body will be buried at Al-Sharaie Cemetery.

She is survived by other sons — Khaled, Muhammad, Sanad, Saleh and daughters — Mona, Mariyam, Hind and Khadija.

Saudi Gazette mourns the sad demise of Fatima and offers its sincere condolences and sympathy to her bereaved family members, praying to God to shower on her His infinite mercy and accommodate her in His Paradise.
