RIYADH — The Saudi authorities have disclosed that there is no need to issue paper documents to prove whether a person is infected with coronavirus or not. The committee concerned with following up the health status related to coronavirus in the Kingdom has decided that the electronic application Tawakkalna is sufficient to prove this, Okaz/Saudi Gazette has learned.

It is noteworthy that this decision comes in conjunction with the royal decree issued on June 15 (Shawwal 23) approving the Tawakkalna app as the authentic electronic means to track coronavirus infection as part of the precautionary measures and preventive protocols taken to stem the spread of coronavirus in the Kingdom.
