JEDDAH – The Saudi Ministry of Water & Electricity, the CWC Group and Moya Bushnak have announced that Saudi Water & Power Forum (SWPF) 2013 will take place on Dec.1-3, 2013 in Jeddah, and will focus on adding value by creating opportunities, building relationships and fostering innovation.

 

SWPF is the premier water and power forum and exhibition in Saudi Arabia and plays a critical role in connecting stakeholders and in helping to set the agenda for sustainable growth. The forum will bring exciting opportunities abound for those supplying products, services and expertise to the industry. The Saudi government’s ambitious plans to upgrade, expand and transform the power and water sector are underway, with 148 power projects already in progress.



Moya Bushnak’s Chairman, Dr. Adil Bushnak, said that this year’s program will take a more innovative format, which will promote discussions and deliver solutions to the current challenges being faced. He also added, “We will be assessing the future plans regarding both renewable and nuclear development in the Kingdom. SWPF will bring together the key stakeholders involved in these sectors to enable discussions which will assist in shaping the Kingdom’s power agenda.”
