RIYADH — The Ministry of Finance’s National Debt Management Center closed the October 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian government SR-denominated sukuk program. The issuance size was set at SR270 million.

The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SR 235million and a total tranche size of SR782.8 million, maturing in 2027.

• The second tranche has a size of SR35 million, and a total tranche size of SR7,650 billion, maturing in 2032. — SPA
