RIYADH — The Saudi Armed Forces are participating in the joint military drill “Saif Al-Arab” (The Sword of Arabs), which is currently ongoing at Mohamed Naguib Military Base in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Armed forces of the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Arab Republic of Egypt too are participating in the drills.

The Saudi Armed Forces participation in this drill comes within the training plan, which includes continuing participation in joint drills inside and outside the Kingdom, to develop training, qualify employees of the armed forces and acquire training skills. — SPA
