MANAMA — Bahrain's Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani met on Friday with Afghanistan's National Security Adviser Dr. Hamdullah Mohib on the sidelines of the Manama Dialogue.

They reviewed the distinguished relations between Bahrain and Afghanistan and ways to develop joint cooperation between both countries at all levels to serve the common interests.

They also discussed a number of issues of common concern.

The meeting was attended by the undersecretary at Bahrain's foreign ministry, Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and the Director of the Afro-Asian Affairs, Ambassador Mona Abbas Radhi.

On the Afghan side, it was attended by the accompanying delegation. — Bahrain News Agency
