Bahrain's crown prince thanks King Salman for enhancing cooperation among GCC States

Bahrain's Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who is also the country's deputy supreme commander and prime minister, has thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman for his keenness to enhance cooperation among Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.


In a statement upon his arrival at Prince Abdulmajeed bin Abdulaziz Airport in AlUla, the crown prince said: “It is our pleasure to arrive in the Kingdom to participate in the 41st GCC summit meeting and we express our deepest thanks to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman for his keenness to enhance joint cooperation."

"We express our pride in the growing level of close historical relations between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia based on solid foundations and a shared destiny which continues to contribute to opening wider horizons toward achieving further, shared aspirations."


He added: "As we renew our thanks and appreciation for the great efforts made by the Kingdom in promoting the GCC, we express our wishes for the success of this summit, and for its outputs to meet the aspirations of the citizens of the GCC, and contribute to achieving further growth and prosperity.”
