KSrelief distributes winter bags in Pakistan, Jordan

ISLAMABAD/AMMAN — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) concluded on Tuesday the project to distribute winter bags in Pakistan.

As many as 2,550 winter bags were distributed to a number of needy people and orphans in Islamabad, benefiting 15,300 individuals.

The aid was part of the 2020 winter clothing distribution project to support the poor in Pakistan.

Meanwhile, KSrelief also distributed 115 winter bags and 230 blankets to the needy families in the Sokhna camp in the Zarqa governorate in Jordan, benefitting 115 families and 575 individuals as part of the project to provide winter clothing to the needy in remote areas of Jordan.

The project includes the distribution of blankets and bags containing jackets, sweaters, winter sets, and women's shawls to meet the needs of families and individuals in cold regions.

This comes within the framework of the efforts provided by the Kingdom through the center to needy brothers in various countries of the world to alleviate their suffering during the winter season.
