King Salman, Crown Prince congratulate Algerian president on successful surgery

RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman have sent cables of congratulations to Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune on successfully undergoing surgery.

In their messages, the King and the Crown Prince wished the Algerian president good health, praying to Allah Almighty to protect him against all harm.

The Algerian president on Wednesday underwent successful surgery on his foot at a hospital in Germany

Tebboune, 75, who succeeded Algeria’s strongman Abdelaziz Bouteflika in 2019, flew to Germany earlier this month to be treated for complications resulting from a coronavirus infection.
