Arab Parliament chief lauds Saudi Arabia's humanitarian projects for Yemeni refugees

DJIBOUTI — President of the Arab Parliament Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoumi has commended projects being implemented by Saudi Arabia for sheltering refugees, as well as services that the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) provides for Yemenis living in the camp.

Al-Asoumi has extended thanks and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman for the great services that Saudi Arabia provides for the needy people around the world.

The Arab Parliament chief made the remarks during his visit to a Saudi village for Yemeni refugees in Obock, Djibouti. Al-Asoumi was accompanied by the president of Djibouti’s National Parliament, Mohamed Ali Houmed.

Al-Asoumi visited housing units in the village and met Yemeni families. He explored the clinics of the village and was briefed on the system of integrated medical and health services being provided to patients to alleviate their sufferings.

He also hailed educational services being provided to the children of Yemeni refugees.
