RIYADH — The King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) has obtained "Voice of the Customer" certificate awarded by the Airports Council International (ACI), making it the first in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to get this certificate as well as one of only three airports in the region and 140 airports around the world.

The certificate is awarded to airports that demonstrate a commitment to communicating and listening to travelers’ feedback related to the quality of services provided across various areas, in addition to the airports’ adherence to the health and safety protocols followed during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Commenting on this achievement, Eng. Mohammed Al-Maghlouth, CEO of Riyadh Airports Company, said: “This accomplishment reflects our commitment to offering the highest standards of services to travelers and our unending efforts made to implement all health precautions and measures to limit the spread of COVID-19, and provide a safe travel experience for passengers from all around the world." — SPA
