Saudi, Malaysian ministers seek to strengthen bilateral ties

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz Bin Salman met here on Thursday with Malaysian Foreign Minister Hishammuddin Hussein.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral cooperation to maintain oil market stability. They also discussed means of enhancing investment opportunities between the two countries.

Earlier in the day, the Malaysian foreign minister, who was on an official visit to the Kingdom, also met with his Saudi counterpart, Prince Faisal Bin Farhan.

The foreign ministers discussed relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them in a way that serves the interests of both countries.

They also reviewed developments and regional and international issues of mutual concern.
