RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Defense Minister Prince Khaled Bin Salman has made a phone call to the British Secretary of State for Defense, Ben Wallace, the Saudi Press Agency reported early Thursday.

During the conversation, they discussed defense cooperation within the framework of the historical and distinguished relations between the two countries. They highlighted the efforts made by the two countries to achieve security and stability in the region.

Taking to Twitter after his meeting with the British defense secretary, Prince Khalid said: “Had a good call with the United Kingdom Defence Secretary @BWallaceMP to discuss defense relations between our two friendly countries, and our common interests in achieving regional and international stability.”
