RIYADH — The president of the Saudi Human Rights Commission (HRC), Awwad Al-Awwad, met at his office here on Wednesday with Chargé d'Affairs of the United States' Embassy in Riyadh Martina Strong.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed issues of mutual interest in the field of human rights.

HRC president highlighted Saudi Arabia's efforts, under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, in supporting human rights.

Dr. Al-Awwad commended ongoing developments in Saudi Arabia and pioneering steps toward achieving sustainable development in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. — SG
