Crown Prince meets with visiting Russian foreign minister

RIYADH —
Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, met here on Wednesday with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and means of enhancing joint cooperation in various fields.

They also discussed issues of common interest as well as the developments at regional and international arenas, in addition to coordinating efforts to enhance security and stability.

The meeting was attended by Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz Bin Salman, Minister of National Guard Prince Abdullah Bin Bandar, Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan, Deputy Defense Minister Prince Khalid Bin Salman, and Minister of State and Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, who is also a member of the Cabinet.

On the Russian side, the meeting was attended by Presidential Envoy to the Middle East and North Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister, Mikhail Bogdanov and Russian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Sergei Kozlov.
