RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman issued on Thursday a royal order, appointing Prince Saud Bin Abdulmohsen as Saudi Arabia’s new ambassador to Portugal at the rank of minister.

Prince Saud Bin Abdulmohsen, who will replace Ambassador Adel bin Abdulrahman Bakhsh, has served as the governor of Hail province.

Bakhsh took over the charge as the Saudi ambassador to Portugal in January 2017. — SG
