Crown Prince calls Dubai ruler to offer condolences on Sheikh Hamdan’s death

RIYADH — Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, made a phone call to Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, who is also the vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates.

During the phone call to Sheikh Mohammed, the Crown Prince expressed his profound condolences and sympathy on the death of late Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, praying to Allah the Almighty to bestow mercy and forgiveness on the soul of the deceased.

Sheikh Hamdan, who was the elder brother of Sheikh Mohammed, died on Wednesday morning.

In turn, Sheikh Mohammed expressed thanks to the Crown Prince for his sincere feelings. — SG
