Bahrain’s Crown Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, who is also the country’s prime minister held telephone talks on Wednesday with Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, the Bahrain News Agency reported.


During the Call, Crown Prince Salman inquired about the health of the Pakistani premier and wished him a full recovery from COVID-19.

According to a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office, PM Khan thanked the crown prince for his call and conveyed warm greetings for Bahrain’s King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa. The two leaders also discussed the COVID-19 situation.

They reaffirmed the strong bonds of amity that always existed between the leadership and people of the two countries, Prime Minister Imran Khan invited the Bharani crown prince to visit Pakistan, the statement added.
