Environment Ministry discusses ways to enhance Saudi-Dutch cooperation in fields of water

RIYADH — The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) discussed ways to enhance Saudi-Dutch cooperation in the fields of water, wastewater treatment technologies, the application of the best solutions to reduce the quantities of water used in agriculture, as well as wetland technologies.

During the meeting, they reviewed the ministry's efforts in developing water-related systems to enhance water sustainability to match with the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, the national water strategy approved in 2018 and the water system issued last year. — SPA
