King greets Muslim Ummah on Ramadan, prays for pandemic free world

RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman congratulated the Muslim Ummah and the entire world on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.

In a statement on his Twitter account, the King praised God for giving an opportunity to observe fasts during the blessed month of Ramadan, saying: “We beseech Him to make the month a good and blessed one for all Muslims.”

“We pray to the Almighty God to bring with this month security, stability, and peace to the Muslim Ummah and the whole world. May God save us and all others from this pandemic and every other scourge,” King Salman added in his tweet.
